Yannick Raymond – Co-owner and project manager
With more than 25 years of experience, Yannick plans and manages the teams. He is also responsible for the effective operation of the company and for business development. He is a partner since 2014.

Marco Raymond – Co-Owner and Project Manager
Marco works in roofing since he was a teen. He is now project manager of TMR3 and a partner since 2014. He is responsible for planning and implementing the jobs. 

Éric Raymond – Co-Owner and Supervisor 
Éric has been with TMR3 for 10 years. He is responsible for the workers on the jobs. As a supervisor, he is responsible for deadlines and supervises the work of his teams. Éric is also a partner since 2014.

Krystel Raymond – Co-Owner and Responsible for Management and Administration
Krystel is a partner of the team since 2014. She is responsible for our customer service and for the company's general administration.

Marcel and Guylaine – Founders and Co-Owners
The two TMR3 founders are gradually stepping aside for their children and share their knowledge. Marcel acts as a mentor while Guylaine deals with accounting and compliance with occupational health and safety.
